From the National Weather Service – Wind Chills of 20-30 below were common at 8am ET this morning. Conditions of this magnitude can cause frostbite to exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Improvement in wind chills will be slow again today. Wind Chill advisories/warnings remain in effect until noon ET today.
