THREE QUESTION THURSDAY

THREE QUESTION THURSDAY

SPOTLIGHT ON: Seth with FIT-Functional Intense Training

Starting a business means hard work. Standing for something. Passion. Drive.  And oftentimes, launching a business stems from a long-held dream. Seth shares a little insight with The Community.

Rob Patz: What made you decide to start FIT- Functional Intense Training?

Seth: I had a passion for sports growing up which is where I was first introduced to this type of “functional training” which really benefits the athlete. After learning how anyone can benefit from this type of training, I’ve wanted to start up a training center. I can’t pinpoint what made me decide because I’ve wanted to open a training center in Defiance for years. The right place came open for me, and I decided to take the leap and go for it.

RP: Who is the one person that you would credit as an influence on your life and why?

Seth: My dad. He has always been there for me. My involvement in this type of training started by growing up playing sports and being coached by him and even into adulthood.

RP: If you could meet one famous person from history who would it be and why?

Seth: Socrates. Many know him as the philosopher concerned with the quality of his soul and that of others; however, he was also a Greek Infantrymen, who, despite engaging in battles the Spartans, he was never wounded in battle.
